What is the Bishopstown Senior Social Centre?

“The mission of the Bishopstown Senior Social Centre is to promote social, educational and recreational opportunities for older people in the Bishopstown and Wilton area.”

This mission statement was agreed among the members of the organisatin in 2001, following a faciltated consultation process. We have carried this objective into the modern day, where we still care for our elderly members by providing them with a warm, comfortable and welcoming meeting place.

It is an environment where there are various courses and activities held every week, which enable our members to interact socially and find purpose to their day. These activities are also designed to keep the mind and body active.
